Gold Coast developer Bastion Property Group has unveiled an opulent array of ultra-luxury residences within the Bastion Luxury Collection. This collection marks a turning point in refined coastal living, introducing a unique selection of boutique residences tailored to the desires of its owners.
The Bastion Luxury Collection features a variety of offerings including Nera’s Penthouse, Sky Homes, and The Residences, along with an upcoming luxury venture, Ocean House. Each residence boasts distinctive designs, breathtaking views, and a lifestyle appeal that sets a new standard for coastal living.

Nestled at 8–10 Parneno Street, Nera will comprise 81 boutique apartments, six Sky Homes, and a full-floor Penthouse. Notably, The Residences is an exclusive trio of homes crafted to promote a lifestyle defined by design, wellness, and connection.
Residents will have access to an entire rooftop oasis that harmoniously merges luxury entertainment with wellness. The rooftop features an infinity pool with panoramic ocean views, a lavish spa, a plunge pool, and a state-of-the-art fitness center developed in collaboration with EMF founder Scott Freeman. The crown jewel of the Bastion Luxury Collection is undeniably the full-floor Nera Penthouse, which offers an expansive 412sqm of living space, including four bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms, and a multifunctional room. The Sky Homes come in two generous layouts, measuring 179sqm and 236sqm, each enhanced with large balconies to take in the stunning views.
Nera’s The Residences, designed by the celebrated Australian architect Joe Snell and his firm Studio Snell, embrace the principles of space, light, air, sound, and view. This exclusive collection includes just three premium four-bedroom homes, each featuring luxurious ensuites, private rooftop entertainment areas with plunge pools, and full access to Nera’s extensive suite of luxury amenities.
To ensure that the residences reflect true sophistication, Bastion has collaborated with renowned designer Issa Shnoudi for the interiors and Meranda Herft for wardrobe designs, along with offering a unique styling service for all residents.

Currently, 70% of apartments have already been sold, and construction is underway by Bastion Built, with piling completely finished. Nera is on schedule for delivery in 2027.
